Becoming Wholehearted, A Journey into Authenticity

There’s a school of thought that would tell us that it’s a good thing to let our heads (rationality) rule our hearts (our emotions) because that’s the sensible, right and proper way for life to be run. Others would tell us to let our hearts rule our heads, the idea being that life will be more spontaneous and exciting, risky almost, if we do this. Our view, and the one explained and unpacked in these 31 daily thoughts, is that in developing a rich relationship of trust with our hearts, we can live a truly wholehearted and authentic life. There’s a caveat, though, which is that one’s heart needs to be healed before one’s head can benefit from what it carries, and that’s a journey in itself. Are you ready? We hope so…
