Day Eight

It’s All About Jesus!

How often have you heard the phrase, “It’s all about Jesus”? It can be a bit of a mantra, but it’s largely true. We say “largely” because Jesus’ role on Earth was to act as a signpost towards Father God and to demonstrate to us all Father God’s nature. So, it’s all about Father God too! And Holy Spirit! But here’s the deal: Jesus walked amongst us, made friends, laughed, cried and was completely human. He retains that ability to be a friend and walk alongside us. He can still laugh and weep with us. He can still be a brother to us. He can still lead us to His Father, who is Our Father. We only have to ask.

If, after your Bethel Sozo, you still feel that you need to work on your relationship with Father God or Holy Spirit then turn to Jesus. Ask Him to join you wherever it is you’re praying; He’ll be there, it’s for you to take a leap into an acceptance of the supernatural and to tune into His presence.

Prayer and Response

Ask Jesus where He is in the room you’re in and then physically lean in that direction. Ask Him what He thinks of you. Tell Him what you’re thinking, what’s troubling you, and listen to what He thinks about it. Be ready to write down what He tells you! Thank Him for being your companion and friend; make the decision to involve Him in your every day. He’s there, He really is.
